Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Department located in Seattle, Washington. This role involves providing care for high-risk obstetric patients, including postpartum treatment following delivery. The position demands experience in high-risk obstetric care, with a focus on postpartum and labor and delivery procedures.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 09/14/2026 at 5:00 AM.
  • Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in high-risk obstetric care, current Compact state license in hand at submission. Certifications required: BLS, NRP.
  • Preferred Qualifications: JADA experience preferred.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required, with candidates expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Refusal to float may result in contract termination.
  • Additional Information:
    • Postpartum, Labor, and Delivery care with experience in magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin, Foley catheter management, postpartum hemorrhage, and vaginal delivery procedures.
    • Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is mandatory.
    • Must be flexible to work during select holidays and adhere to scheduled RTO requests.
    • Candidates should not reach out directly to facility contacts unless for scheduled interviews.
    • References: Two recent references covering 1 year of work experience are required prior to start.
    • Candidate must confirm if they have previously worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, traveler, or registry/per-diem, including location and dates.
