Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Current Registered Nurse certification or clinical experience in Labor & Delivery
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced maternity setting
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
• Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and advocacy
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
