The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care within the Labor & Delivery setting. The L&D RN demonstrates the ability to make effective clinical judgments and provide high-quality patient care in an efficient manner under appropriate supervision.

Experience Looking for:

Scheduled inductions, repeast C-Sections, Non-stress tests, triage, infance care, and 1:1 RN care for epidural placements and magnesium sulfate administrations.

Required:

2+ years experience

CT RN License or Compact

BLS ACLS NRP AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

C-EFM through NCC

Preferred:

Cerner Experience

NICU Experience
