    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Everett, Washington, 98201!

    Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

    Location

    Everett, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 19:00–07:30) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide high-risk perinatal care within a Level III Labor and Delivery unit encompassing labor beds, antepartum beds, postpartum beds, ORs, PACU, and triage bays
    • Manage laboring patients at a 1:1 ratio, antepartum patients at a 1:2–3 ratio, and postpartum couplets at a 1:3 ratio with CNA support
    • Participate in triage staffing alongside skilled RN colleagues each shift
    • Float to Postpartum as needed to support unit staffing requirements
    • Document all patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
    • Commit to weekend availability and work 3 of 5 designated holidays as required by the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
    • Current BLS (BCLS) and ACLS certifications required
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
    • AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Relias Fetal Monitoring certification required
    • Demonstrated competency in sterile vaginal exams (SVE) — hard stop requirement
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a facility performing 200 or more deliveries per year
    • Familiarity with high-risk perinatal populations and Level III perinatal care environments
    • Prior experience charting in EPIC
