## Travel RN – Medical Surgical (Adult Surgical Unit)
**Location:** Wisconsin
️ **Contract:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
**Specialty:** Medical-Surgical RN
### Requirements
* Active Wisconsin RN License
* BLS/CPR Certification
* Current NIHSS Certification
* Min 3+ years of Adult Med-Surg experience required
* EPIC experience preferred
* Must be willing to float to other units as needed
### Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult surgical patients
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
* Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
### Assignment Highlights
* 13-week travel assignment
* Night shift schedule (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Adult Surgical Unit with occasional pediatric patient population
* Every other weekend required
* Holiday coverage required
* Floating may be required based on facility needs
* EPIC EMR
