Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position in Janesville, Wisconsin. This role involves providing patient care on skilled nursing units, adhering to established nursing procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. The position may require float to other inpatient units based on census needs. The working hours are from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a schedule of every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Required Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin nursing license, education verification, current CPR certification, and minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Medical Surgical With Telemetry setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient care, strong critical thinking skills, and teamwork abilities.
Additional Information: The candidate must utilize the nursing process, document according to standards of care, develop individualized patient care plans, participate in performance improvement activities, and support patient safety initiatives. Flexibility to float to other units may be required as needed.
