Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,843 per week in Augusta, GA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with patient ratios of 1:6 - Proficient with charting systems, specifically Epic Description: Minimum experience requirement is 1 year. First timers are accepted. Patient population includes adults to geriatrics. General Med Surg unit. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:6. Staffing systems include Epic and Pyxis. Scrub color is navy blue. Floating may be required within facility and scope of practice. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend unless specified otherwise. If one major holiday falls during the assignment period, the nurse is expected to work it. If two major holidays occur during the assignment period, the nurse is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, the nurse is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Full compliance is required to start on time. Non-billable hours are determined by the length of the contract. Orientation hours will be non-billable.
