Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an acute care surgical and bariatric unit with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work a flexible shift schedule (36/36, 36/48, or 48/48) with every other weekend required
• Float to other units as required based on census and staffing needs
• Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside routine patient care responsibilities
• Complete orientation modules electronically as part of non-billable orientation (approximately 4–5 hours)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical and/or Medical Surgical Telemetry experience
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Must be available to complete drug testing within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date
• Must comply with CDC facial hair guidelines for fit testing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with bariatric patient populations
• Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers are accepted)
• BSN degree (required for international travelers)
