Qualifications:
- One year of clinical LPN experience.

Must possess and maintain a valid unrestricted Virginia Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license issued by the board of nursing or a multi-state compact license (if you are a recent graduate of a nursing program in VA and not licensed, the NCLEX-PN exam must be scheduled at the time of application).
p>Roles and Responsibilities: • Provides direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the supervision of a registered professional nurse, while always maintaining the assurance of patient safety and following unit and hospital policies and procedures. • Prepares, administers, controls and accurately records medications in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed practical nurse, with thorough documentation regarding administration effect and/or adverse effects.
