Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $28.66-$49.29 per hour with a schedule of 3x12-hour night shifts and is ideal for an RN dedicated to providing high-quality, specialized care to critically ill newborns and supporting families during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns
Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and overall neonatal condition
Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments
Operate and manage neonatal equipment such as ventilators and incubators
Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Educate and support parents and families throughout the NICU experience
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS and NRP certification required
Previous NICU experience required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
