Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Nurse - Orthopedics RN for a travel assignment in Denver, CO. This opportunity offers $2,084 per week for 36 hours, scheduled as 3x12s night shifts.

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries
• Monitor surgical sites, assess neurovascular status, and manage pain and mobility support
• Administer medications, assist with ambulation, and support physical therapy goals
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, PT/OT staff, and care teams to coordinate recovery plans
• Educate patients and families on post-op care, safety, and discharge instructions
• Accurately document all care provided and adhere to hospital standards and protocols
• Travel locally as needed to fulfill assignment requirements

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Orthopedics or MedSurg experience
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
