Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Opportunity:

RN - Skilled Nursing

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirements
• Block schedule with 8-hour shifts available; 4 nurses and 7 aides during day/PM, 2 nurses and 3-4 aides during NOC
• Every other weekend scheduling unless otherwise specified
• Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
• No on-call requirements
• Floating requirements apply
• Scrub color/dress code: Any solid color, clean and professional
• Patient ratio: RNs 1:20, LPNs 1:20, CNAs 1:8
• Common diagnoses and patient types include dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation patients
• Job duties include charting, assessments, charge duties, medication administration, and clinical skills such as IVs, catheters, and ostomy care
• IV and titratable drip experience required
• Elderly care experience required
• EMR system: ECS
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility

Facility:

This post-acute care facility is a nursing home attached to a hospital, offering 70 beds with the majority being private rooms. The facility supports a comprehensive interdisciplinary team including therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, housekeeping, and respiratory therapy available on-site 24/7. Physician availability is provided after hours, and an on-site pharmacy with a medication dispensing system is also available to support patient care.
