In this role, you will help clients discover travel options that fit their interests, preferences, and lifestyle goals. You'll provide guidance throughout the planning process, assist with coordinating travel arrangements, and help create customized vacation experiences designed around each traveler's unique needs.

Whether clients are interested in all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, destination celebrations, or international adventures, you'll serve as a trusted resource while helping them navigate their travel choices with confidence.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We offer comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development resources to support your success.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, priorities, and vacation goals
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, guided tours, and vacation packages
• Present customized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel experiences
• Provide support and information throughout the planning and booking process
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication channels
• Work with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and travel arrangements
• Monitor booking details, itinerary updates, and client requests
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel plans
• Stay informed about destination updates, supplier promotions, and industry developments
• Deliver a positive, service-focused experience throughout every stage of the client journey

Qualifications

• Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, consulting, or client support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
