**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in Cardiac Stepdown Unit!** Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic cardiac patient environment? Join our Cardiac Stepdown Unit today! **Position Highlights:** - Work in a specialized PCU with a significant cardiac patient population. - Options for 36 or 48-hour workweeks. - Minimum of 1+ years of cardiovascular experience preferred (2 years is ideal). - First-time travelers are welcome! - Local travelers are encouraged to apply. - Ratios: 1:4 – maintain quality patient care with manageable workloads. - Weekend requirements: As needed, rotating. - Float requirement: YES – expand your expertise by floating to other units as necessary. - No On Call requirement – enjoy your off-duty time! - Block scheduling: Considered on a case-by-case basis. - RTO parameters: Flexible to accommodate your needs. **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) preferred. **Additional Details:** - 55 beds on the unit – engage in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. - Scrub color: Any (no logo) – show off your personal style! **Shift Details:** - Night shifts: 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00) Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
