Key Responsibilities
Conduct PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy for mobility, balance, strength, and functional recovery
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab teams
Document all interventions accurately in EMR

Qualifications
Active Virginia PT license
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
