Responsibilities
- Provide APTA-standard physical therapy treatments for disabilities, injuries, and diseases under limited supervision.
- Assess patient status, progress, and goals; develop and implement rehabilitation plans to relieve pain and restore motor function.
- Administer therapeutic modalities and therapeutic exercise; monitor responses and adjust plans as needed.
- Document sessions and progress in patient records, maintaining timely and accurate documentation.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety considerations; promote adherence to rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes and coordinate care.

Requirements
- Ability to work under limited supervision in a dayshift setting.
- Proficiency in delivering APTA-standard physical therapy interventions for diverse patient needs.
- Strong communication, education, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and adapt to a dynamic care environment.
- Commitment to professional standards, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
