Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and deliver high-quality rehabilitative care in a patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery programs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols
