**Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced RN in Skilled Nursing!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic team as an RN in our Skilled Nursing units and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients! - Enjoy a day shift schedule of 0.9 FTE from 0630-1900 with every third weekend and holiday rotation. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide top-notch care to our patients. - Utilize your nursing skills to administer prescribed medications and treatments in alignment with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. - Document patient care according to high standards and ensure the best outcomes for every individual. - Develop, initiate, and execute personalized patient care plans, ensuring family involvement and education. - Participate in performance improvement activities that enhance our department's effectiveness. - Offer guidance and clinical expertise to other units to support the patient’s long-term care plan. - Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and elevate the patient experience, escalating concerns to the appropriate channels when necessary. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
