We are looking for a Traveling Project Scheduler for projects across the country. A Day in the Life:
Develop and maintain detailed schedules for data center construction projects
Collaborate with project teams to sequence work and identify critical path activities
Analyze schedule impacts related to design changes, procurement, and field conditions
Maintain lookahead schedules in coordination with field leadership
Prepare schedule updates and recovery plans for internal and external stakeholders
Support procurement and commissioning timelines to align with overall project delivery
Perform schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios
Assist with claims analysis, time extensions, and delay documentation when needed
Ensure schedule accuracy through regular site visits and coordination meetings
Serve as the scheduling subject matter expert for mission-critical projects
Necessary Qualifications:
5+ years of construction scheduling experience
Direct experience scheduling data center or mission-critical projects is preferred
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and MEP-driven schedules
Ability to communicate schedule risks clearly to project leadership
Willingness to travel and support projects on-site as needed
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
