Job Description

Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for data center projects across the nation. Monitor schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and recovery opportunities. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to align schedule objectives. Perform schedule health assessments and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Support schedule updates, reporting, forecasting, and executive-level presentations. Utilize scheduling software to model project sequencing, milestones, and critical path activities. Promote Lean Construction principles and support Last Planner System implementation where applicable.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience. At least 5 years of planning and scheduling experience on large construction projects. Data center, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex project experience strongly preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or 4D scheduling software. Experience conducting or reviewing DCMA 14-point schedule health assessments. Understanding of Lean Construction methodologies and the Last Planner System. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability and willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.
