You will be responsible for leading field operations from preconstruction through completion, managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety standards, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and permits.
  • Support the development of junior staff through on-site training and guidance.

Profile

  • Experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction with Aviation, Corporate Office, Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mission Critical, or Sports & Entertainment projects
  • Proven experience leading complex projects from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to travel nationally as project needs require
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred

Job Offer

 Competitive Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
