Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Travel to Perm
Location: Near Sterling, Illinois
Setting: LTC / Rehabilitation
Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12s
Hours: 36 hours guaranteed weekly
Contract Length: 13 Weeks with Opportunity for Permanent Hire
Compensation: Up to $1,900/week
Provide direct patient care within a Long-Term Care and Rehab setting
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor patient conditions and document accurately in EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
Support a positive, resident-focused environment
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact eligibility
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred but not required)
Previous LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Smooth transition into a permanent RN role after 13 weeks
