Required skills: Senior Project Manager for our Innovation Portfolio Subject matter expertise preferred: Experience with traditional or Gen AI and Data; Intake management experience (handling large volumes of requests, prioritization process, etc.); Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. *Background check required* Nice to have skills: For all the PM roles, we would like someone who has traditional project management as well as agile experience. Strong communication skills is a must-have. The individual must be able to communicate effectively within the squad and also to stakeholders/sponsors. They should share their experience with creating and using reports for day-to-day execution within the squads (via JIRA, ADO) and also for leadership updates on a particular project or across a broader portfolio. They should ideally have experience managing agile programs and communicating these to senior leadership, who are more familiar with traditional project portfolios. A Project Manager (ADM) is responsible for leading cross functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. They are accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager manages project plans, budgets, schedules and staffing requirements including ***, client employees and 3rd-party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. They must possess experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish an effective communication plan, deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes
