- Pay: $35 - $36/hr
- 13-month assignment with the possibility of extension.
- This role will help drive financial rigor, budget governance, and continuous improvement across our growing Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Management (CDRM) organization.
- Will be a central point of accountability for financial operations across a portfolio of programs, strategic partners, and delivery engagements — ensuring spend is tracked accurately, commitments are managed through disciplined budget and vendor cost control, risks to the plan are identified early, and our leaders have clear visibility into financial performance, forecast, and outcomes.
- You will work closely with CDRM leaders, business stakeholders, Finance, and Procurement to set clear expectations, monitor spend, unblock issues, and continuously improve how we plan and manage our budget. If you like bringing order to complexity and holding numbers — and people — to their word while helping them succeed, this role is for you.
- Finance Operations / Program Finance professional with 6–10 years of experience who has personally managed budgets and forecasts across multiple programs/vendors in a large technology organization.
- Ability to own the financial mechanics — actuals, accruals, variances, SOW/PO/invoice spend — while acting as the business-facing person who keeps leaders, Finance, Procurement, and vendors accountable to the plan.
- Proven track record managing budgets, forecasts, vendor/SOW spend, and PO/invoice lifecycles in a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel; comfort with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of bringing order to complexity.
- Excellent stakeholder management — able to hold partners to commitments while helping them succeed.
- Clear, concise communicator who can translate financial detail into executive-ready insight.
