Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud AMS Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer to support, enhance, and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud applications within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Service Cloud administration, production support, release management, and integrations.
The candidate will act as a technical lead, partnering with business stakeholders, support teams, and developers to deliver scalable solutions, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
