You will practice comprehensive small animal medicine encompassing dogs, cats, and exotics, with services ranging from routine wellness and prevention to complex advanced care. Our facility is equipped to handle extensive Testing & Diagnostics, Advanced Care, and a robust schedule of Surgical Procedures. Crucially, we offer Urgent Care services on-site and support the community with Emergency Care options, requiring us to maintain advanced diagnostic imaging and anesthesiology standards. This setting provides an ideal opportunity for you to expand your clinical skills across multiple species and critical care scenarios.

Located centrally in Asheville, NC, our hospital serves a dedicated client base that relies on our extended operating hours, which include shifts from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and hours until 1:00 PM on Saturday. Your Impact as a Receptionist

• Be the Director of First Impressions: You'll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: You'll maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health: You'll be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: You'll be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.

What You'll Bring to the Team
