Vice President of DevelopmentThe Vice President of Development will report to the Head of Development and play a pivotal role in shaping growth strategy while overseeing deal execution and delivery.Define and execute regional growth strategies across key high-growth marketsOriginate development opportunities through established retailer relationshipsLead negotiations on letters of intent and development agreementsManage and mentor Development Managers, fostering a high-performing teamOversee project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, asset management, and technology teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers, retailers, and local authoritiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
