Requirements Develop and execute national sales strategies, regional business plans, and revenue targets. Lead, recruit, mentor, and manage regional sales leaders and sales representatives. Establish performance metrics, territory plans, quota structures, and coaching programmes. Build and expand distributor partnerships across key U.S. markets. Develop relationships with surgeons, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centres (ASC), and integrated delivery networks (IDN). Drive market access initiatives and convert clinical interest into active product adoption. Support customer meetings, negotiations, product evaluations, and hospital approvals. Ensure exceptional field execution and clinical case support. Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage forecasts, pipelines, and sales performance reporting. Deliver accurate sales forecasting and budget management. Coordinate product launches alongside marketing, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams. Translate customer feedback into commercial and product improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Monitor distributor performance and resolve channel conflicts where necessary.
