VP Audit Manager Treasury/Liquidity Risk

Title: Vice President, Internal Audit Treasury/Liquidity

Salary: 150,000 - 190,000

Company Summary: We are partnered with a leading global bank in Charlotte, North Carolina that is looking to bring on a VP Internal Audit Treasury and Liquidity professional to join their internal audit group. Ideal candidates have 5 or more years of internal audit experience and are well-versed in Treasury and Liquidity Risk. In this role you will be contributing and leading audits, focused on Treasury risk, Liquidity Risk, and related treasury and balance sheet management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end audits surrounding Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Asset Liability Management, Funding, and related treasury and balance sheet management activities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and regulators to assess risk and communicate audit findings.
• Monitor the audit process to ensure it moves smoothly.
• Contribute to continuous monitoring and risk assessments both quarterly and annually.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in internal audit within financial services.
• Strong experience across Treasury Risk, Liquidity Risk, and broader treasury and balance sheet management activities.
• Strong understanding of audit life cycle and controls.
• AI and audit automation skills are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
