    Warehouse Associate - Materials & Logistics

    Afternoon/Split Shift | 11:00 AM-7:30 PM | Monday-Friday

    Additional Second-Shift Premium Compensation

    The Role

    The Warehouse Associate supports daily material handling, inventory, shipping, and receiving activities within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely moving, handling, and documenting materials to ensure Manufacturing and other site operations have what they need, when they need it.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pick, stage, and move raw materials and finished goods
    • Deliver materials to production areas
    • Verify materials and documentation for accuracy
    • Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
    • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas
    • Safely load and unload materials
    • Support shipping and receiving activities
    • Follow GMP, safety, and material-handling procedures

    What You Bring

    • 1+ year of warehouse, materials, logistics, or related experience preferred
    • Forklift experience preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and organization
    • Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
    • Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working as part of a team

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; heavier items may require assistance
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
    • Ability to perform routine material-handling activities safely throughout the shift
