Warehouse & Maintenance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance of warehouse and office facilities

• Operate a forklift and assist with loading and unloading containers

• Conduct basic painting, cleaning, and minor repair tasks

• Monitor and inspect the property perimeter to ensure safety and cleanliness

• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory, reports, and daily tasks

Requirements

• Bilingual: Spanish and English

• Previous experience in facility maintenance and forklift operation

• Basic skills in painting, cleaning, and general upkeep

• Basic computer literacy (email, inventory systems, or similar)

• Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines

Benefits

• Starting wage: $17 per hour

• Eligibility for an increase to $20 per hour after a 3-month probationary period, based on performance
