What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow new residential and commercial business in your territory
- Build referral networks with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and more
- Represent White Glove Remediation and Restoration at community events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Collaborate with your branch team to achieve sales targets and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and client follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience in restoration or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to generate over $1 million in annual sales revenue
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of insurance claims and restoration processes is highly preferred
