Join the PROs at MatterHackers by participating in the Technical Intern Program and you can be part of a team that shapes the future of 3D printing. Our engineering interns help turn dreams into reality, bring world-class innovation to market and help design the next generation of amazing products. Expect to be deeply involved and responsible for a variety of activities in production, testing, R&D and marketing - all while working alongside experienced engineers and mentors. The intern experience goes beyond your assigned job.
Who We Are Looking to Hire:
- Outstanding university students working toward a technical or engineering degree
- Recent graduates with a technical or engineering degree
- The passionate 3D printing community and those looking to gain more experience within the field
What You'll Do:
When you participate in MatterHackers' Technical Intern Program you will:
- Gain hands-on engineering experience working to bring world-class 3D printing innovation to market .
- We're constantly getting sneak peaks at new equipment and materials that are coming to market - you will utilize and create protocols for testing these new 3D printing products and generate reports documenting your experience.
- Mechanical and materials characterization using state-of-the art lab equipment to provide data that can find the best suited uses of 3D printing materials .
- Work directly with other engineers and professionals in a team environment and see how MatterHackers' crew works together to deliver success.
- Develop your skills under the supervision and guidance of experienced professionals.
Where You'll Work:
We're currently filling intern positions at MatterHackers Headquarters in Lake Forest, California.
Some of the Details:
The commitment is flexible - we want to make sure you get as much out of this internship as possible. If you have a scheduling conflict to work around during the internship, that is not a problem.
This internship is limited to 3 months time and is mutually at will.
The role is not eligible for any compensation or benefits.
