Pigtails & Crewcuts Cedar Park is looking for a bubbly, dependable, multitasking Front Desk Superstar to join our amazing salon family!
We're a busy, locally owned children's hair salon where the music is playing, the kids are smiling, and there's never a dull moment. We believe a trip to the salon should be FUN, and our front desk is where the magic begins!
We're looking for someone who can bring the sunshine every Sunday, keep things running smoothly, and make every family feel like a VIP.
THE SCHEDULE (PLEASE READ!)
Every Sunday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
That's right! We're looking for someone who can commit to EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY, not alternating weekends or occasional Sundays.
There may also be opportunities to pick up an occasional Saturday shift, but Sundays are the priority!
This could be a great fit for a college student, someone looking for a fun second job, or anyone who wants a consistent, part-time weekend position.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Greeting families and making them feel right at home
- Checking clients in and out
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Helping our stylists keep their busy schedules running smoothly
- Assisting families with products, services, and questions
- Keeping the front desk organized and welcoming
- Bringing positive energy, teamwork, and a whole lot of smiles!
- Helping with non-haircutting services like ear piercing!

THE MUST-HAVES
- Availability EVERY Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Comfort working in a busy, energetic environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling software
- A genuine love for kids and families!
Previous front desk, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but a fantastic personality and a willingness to learn are just as important!

Pigtails & Crewcuts is a high-quality children’s salon dedicated to providing a fun and comfortable experience for everyone. Mom & dad can rest easy in our clean, safe, and professional facilities designed to fit the individual needs of each child. Our stylists are trained to work with children and specialize in haircuts for boys & girls of all ages, trend-setting hair fashions, themed parties, and retail product-lines specifically created for kids. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, “mom chairs” at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products.
Pigtails & Crewcuts proudly partners with Locks of Love. We, also, have an exclusive line of trademark products created with our customers in mind. Each salon is locally owned & operated, and our family approach has made us one of the most respected children’s hair salon franchises in the country.
