Welder

Responsibilities:

• Performs welding for process piping to meet ASME codes and standards.
• Uses appropriate hand tools, power tools and other equipment (e.g. grinders, welding machines, etc.) to accomplish tasks as assigned.
• Performs structural welding tasks.
• Maintains piping systems and tanks.
• Assembles pipe systems as fabricated.
• Operates forklift, cherry picker and other industrial machinery as needed to complete work orders.
• Assists other crafts as needed.
• Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality.

Requirements:

• NCCER certified as an Industrial Welder
• Minimum of three year's experience as a Welder in a chemical plant environment
• Mechanical aptitude
