Responsibilities
- Professionally manage all incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing company documents.
- Provide clients with basic information about our IT services, including software development, IT support, and systems integration.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software.
- The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- A dedicated, quiet home office space and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Previous experience within the IT or technology sector is desirable but not essential.
