Workday Total Rewards Analyst

 

The Workday Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the organization's Workday and HR technology ecosystem through day-to-day system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and data quality management. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, managers, and employees to provide exceptional support while ensuring HRIS data integrity, system functionality, and operational efficiency across multiple Workday functional areas.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues in a timely manner. 
Fulfill ad hoc and recurring reporting requests, ensuring data accuracy and meaningful insights for end users and leadership. 
Perform day-to-day maintenance, configuration support, and quality control activities within Workday and related HR systems. 
Monitor and maintain HRIS data integrity to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely employee information. 
Support Workday business processes, security, reporting, and system functionality across multiple modules. 
Assist with testing, validation, and deployment activities related to Workday releases, enhancements, and system updates. 
Investigate data discrepancies and partner with functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements. 
Maintain working functional knowledge of HR operations and HR systems across multiple functions and teams. 
Drive collaboration across departments while promoting a strong customer-service-oriented support experience. 
Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and knowledge base materials. 
Support end-user training and provide guidance on Workday functionality and best practices. 
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

5+ years of related HRIS, systems analyst, or HR technology experience. 
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Benefits, Absence and Compensation. 
Solid understanding of Workday: Core HCM 
Payroll 
Talent 
Recruiting 
Experience troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. 
Experience with Workday reporting, data validation, and HRIS quality control processes. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting HR, IT, and end users through both face-to-face and virtual interactions. 
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting additional Workday modules or integrations. 
Knowledge of Workday business processes, security, and reporting frameworks. 
Experience with system testing, implementations, or release management activities. 
Familiarity with HR compliance, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management.
