Dispute Resolution Representative II 
Compensation: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr 

Position Type: Contract/Contract to Hire 
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Onsite

About Our Client

Our client reviews medical bills tied to insurance claims, mainly workers' compensation and liability cases, making sure the charges are accurate and fair. They also help resolve billing disputes and catch questionable billing activity before it becomes a bigger problem.

REP I

• Assist team with plans of action, status reports, and account inventory
• Contact providers for bills and medical reports
• Review and summarize medical reports
• Negotiate with providers by phone

Requirements: 1+ year in bill negotiations or CA workers' comp claims. CA Labor Code knowledge and IEA/Self Insurance certificate a plus.

REP II

• Manage caseload, plans of action, and legal arguments for lien negotiations
• Review and summarize medical reports
• Negotiate with providers by phone; prepare legal exhibits
• Represent cases by phone at lien conferences

Requirements: 1+ year in CA workers' comp lien negotiations. Knowledge of CA Labor Code, WCAB policies, and fee schedules required. IEA/Self Insurance certificate a plus.
