Exercise control of and responsibility for the preparation of maintenance, alteration and repair work, projects which include statements of work, scope, cost estimates, engineering design, contract plans and specifications, job plans, material requirements, trade skills, and manhour estimates. Decisions are made regarding conventional aspects of assignment that are covered by precedent, professional practice, or policy commitments relating to Security Forces, Medical Personnel, Civil Engineering, Communications Squadron, local law enforcement, off-base permits, and check point.
