This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and IT to ensure payroll data integrity across Workday HCM and ADP, supports payroll technology enhancements, resolves payroll-related issues, and contributes to process improvements and controls that ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Execute end-to-end payroll activities in ADP, including payroll calculations, audit validation, off-cycle payments, and adjustments (retro pay, bonuses, corrections, non-qualified deferred compensation, severance, lifestyle spending accounts, etc.).
