Education• High School Diploma or GED or GED equivalent (Required) or• Bachelor''s Degree (Preferred) Experience• 3+ years Proven track record in generating profitable revenue growth and retaining existing customers (Required) and• 5+ years experience selling in Brokerage, 3PL, or transportation related industry (Required) and• 5+ years experience working in a nationally focused, fast-paced, high-volume environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Lead strategy for RFQ's Medium• Domestic North American truckload transportation (all modes including FTL, LTL and intermodal) High• Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both externally and internally High.
