What Great Looks Like: 3+ years of hands-on claims handling experience, TPA, carrier, MGA, or insurtech claims operations preferred, with strong working knowledge of claims lifecycle, coverage structures, policy administration, and reserving . Strong background in customer and stakeholder communication and comfortable handling escalation calls, explaining coverage requirements and scope of liability waiver program to residents, and working cross-functionally with various departments.
