Assists with the orientation and onboarding of newly hired clinical staff and new graduate nurses at the unit level 2. Supports coordination, delivery and documentation of unit-specific onboarding activities in collaboration with the NPD Practitioner 3. Serves as a resource and coach to preceptors and mentors, supporting effective onboarding experiences for new staff 4.
