Key Responsibilities: Support manufacturing deliverables for current projects, including process definition, readiness planning, and issue resolution; coordinate with project managers, operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones; develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process plans, and related technical records; identify and resolve production issues affecting schedule, quality, or readiness; participate in risk tracking, action item closure, and continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline; experience in manufacturing engineering within aerospace or another highly regulated industry; working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production support, engineering changes, and quality systems; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional project environment; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
