NOTE: The following occurrences would result in exclusion from driving Healthcare System vehicles: one or more of any major violations in the preceding 36 months, including but not limited to any type of DUI, refusing substance test, reckless driving, manslaughter, hit and run, eluding a police officer, any felony, drag racing, license suspension, and driving with a suspended license. The Driver, Transportation Specialist ensure the safe and timely transfer of materials between SEH facilities, delivering, picking up equipment, supplies, and cash deposit bags to departments utilizing SEH trucks and assisting in the day-to-day responsibilities of Supply Chain Operations.
