The Building Engineer II serves as a technical resource for engineering staff, coordinates with vendors and contractors, supports capital improvement projects, and assists building management in maintaining safe and efficient facility operations. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life safety, and building automation systems while ensuring equipment reliability, tenant comfort, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
