Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and support investigations (quality defects, complaints, food safety incidents, deviations), including root cause and corrective/preventive actions. Monitor production output, efficiency, and downtime; analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
