Reporting to the Vice President of Property Operations, this role ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations, including LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, HOME, and Bond programs. Internal: Works closely with the Vice President of Property Operations, Director of Learning & Development, Senior Directors of Property Management, Regional Property Managers, and site teams.
