In collaboration with Operational Leadership, the role oversees all aspects of the environment of care, personnel, materials and equipment, staff education, and patient care delivery to ensure consistent quality, safety, and a culture of teamwork. Develops and maintains strong relationships with physicians, physician partners, patients, staff, and other key stakeholders to support facility utilization, service delivery, and patient satisfaction.
