This role is responsible for the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing support of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, enterprise browser platforms, Microsoft Intune, and AI-enabled workplace technologies, including Microsoft Copilot. The position partners with Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and supportable solutions that enhance user experience, improve operational efficiency, and meet compliance requirements.
